I’m Aayush Dutta, a mechanical engineer from MIT, currently pursuing a graduate eduction in manufacturing and design. My work is driven by an interest in building physical systems that are robust, scalable, and thoughtfully engineered.
I’m particularly motivated by problems where mechanical design intersects with automation, data, and real-world constraints. I enjoy working close to hardware while using analytical and computational tools to inform decisions and improve reliability.
Looking ahead, I aim to work in industries such as advanced manufacturing, mobility, robotics, and energy—especially in product-focused roles that span design, validation, and production.
Mechanical Design & Analysis: CAD (SolidWorks, NX), GD&T, FEA, tolerance analysis
Manufacturing & Validation: DFM/DFA, test & validation, DOE, fixture design
Software & Data: Python, MATLAB, basic automation and data analysis
Tools & Methods: Systems thinking, cross-functional collaboration, technical documentation
